What is Lovlai?
Lovlai is an AI character chat service. You hold conversations with fictional AI characters, including characters inspired by historical figures.
Are the characters real?
No. Every character is an AI generated personality. Characters have no real world existence and nothing they say is a statement of fact. A character inspired by a historical figure is an interpretation produced by AI, not the real person, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any real individual, their family or their estate.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and to make a purchase. When you complete a purchase you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method you use, or are otherwise authorised to use it.
What if I think an account belongs to a minor?

Is Lovlai a substitute for therapy or professional advice?
No. Lovlai is entertainment software and is not a substitute for healthcare, mental health support or any professional service. If you need support, please contact a qualified professional.

Do characters remember our conversations?
Yes. Each character keeps the context of your conversations, so it refers back to what you have already discussed. See "Gifts, mood and how characters remember you".
Can I use voice?
Yes. Depending on your plan you can use voice features and voice calls, billed in gems. See "What does Premium include?".
