Lovlai is an AI character chat service and we apply content standards to every conversation. Sexually explicit content, sexualization of minors, extreme violence, self harm content, hate and targeted harassment are prohibited. The full list is in "Safety and Reporting". If you see something that breaks these standards, please report it.
How to report
In a chat:
- Open the chat where the content appeared
- Tap the report icon, usually in the chat header or in the message options
- Select a reason
- Add a short description if it helps
- Submit
By email, send to info@lovlai.io with:
- The character name, and the chat ID if you know it
- The date and approximate time
- A short description of the issue
What happens next
- Our trust and safety team reviews every report
- Depending on severity we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate the account responsible, under our Terms of Use
- We do not share a reporter's identity with the person reported
- For urgent or legally sensitive reports, including anything involving a minor, self harm, or a real world threat, please also contact your local emergency services
Repeated violations
Accounts that repeatedly break our content standards may be suspended or terminated under our Terms of Use.
